Mary-Helen is the majority owner of HLC-SHE and brings a year of experience in the lawn care industry. She holds an Irrigation License (LI0028676) and a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (0909844). Her previous roles include CFO and other finance positions in tech and family offices. Mary-Helen entered this business to address the need for excellent customer service and respectful treatment of employees and clients. She holds a degree in Accounting from Texas Christian University and an MBA from Chicago Booth. Known for her punctuality and budget adherence, Mary-Helen is committed to delivering outstanding results.

Ram has over twelve years of experience in irrigation and landscaping. He has encountered and resolved a wide range of issues in irrigation systems and quickly identifies problems. He has previously worked for local companies such as Plantation Irrigation and Landscaping and ABC Home & Commercial Services. Ram enjoys watching YouTube videos to stay updated on the latest techniques and technologies.
